What is the monthly support fee for?
This accessible monthly subscription allows Louise to dedicate consistent time to your journey. It facilitates expert matchmaking, active scouting for suitable partners in your area, and thorough management of meeting logistics. We are committed to providing continuous guidance, prioritizing your safety and comfort so you can enjoy a stress-free path to finding true chemistry.
Cancellation & Rejoining Policy
You are free to cancel your monthly membership at any time with just 30 days’ notice. While membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, we offer the flexibility to deactivate your profile whenever you choose. If you decide to take a break, no monthly fees will apply while you are away. Please note that if your account remains inactive for more than 1 year, a small £15.00 reactivation fee applies to refresh your details and resume our matching services when you are ready to return.
